About Dr Louise Phillips
Dr Louise Phillips is a Australian GP and medical educator. She is passionate about helping her colleagues navigate the difficult space between evidence based medicine, conflicting guidelines and fear of litigation and reprisal from the medical board.
She supervises GP registrars, and coaches doctors in consulting skills (bedside manner) in her role as External Clinical Teacher with the RACGP. As a Senior Lecturer with the University of Queensland she trains medical students.
Her qualifications include MBBS (hons 1) and FRACGP, and she is a Certified Medical Practitioner with the Nutrition Network.
